On September 14, 2011 BCFC held a policy roundtable with Rep. Mick Mulvaney (R-SC) to discuss his oversight of insourcing and government competition with the private sector, and what legislative options he is pursuing to address insourcing. Rep. Mulvaney not only chairs the House Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce, but he held a June 23, 2011 oversight hearing on insourcing, and cosigned the July 14th Congressional letter to the House Appropriations Committee.
