The Business Coalition for Fair Competition (BCFC)  hosted a policy roundtable on March 19, 2013 with Rep. Rob Wittman (R-VA).

Rep. Wittman is the Chair of the House Armed Services Readiness Subcommittee, with jurisdiction over procurement and acquisition for the Department of Defense. At the event groups discussed “insourcing”; OMB Circular A-76 public-private cost comparisons; Federal Prison Industries (FPI) Reform; other forms of unfair government competition with the private sector connected to DoD and the 2014 NDAA.
